How to Use the Grade/GPA Calculator
Figuring out your grade or GPA doesn’t need to involve manual math or guesswork — this calculator does it for you in seconds.
Start by pulling out your marksheet or result card. In the “Marks Obtained” field, enter the marks you actually scored. Right below it, in “Total Marks,” enter what the exam was out of — this could be 1100 for a full board exam, 100 for a single paper, or whatever total applies to what you’re checking.
Once both fields are filled in, click “Calculate Grade & GPA.” Within a moment, you’ll see three things side by side: your percentage, your letter grade (like A+, B, or C-), and your GPA on a standard 4.0 scale.
If you’re ever unsure how a particular percentage translates into a grade, there’s a small “View grading scale used” link right under the result — tap it and the full A+ to F breakdown opens up, so you can see exactly where your score falls.
A couple of things worth keeping in mind: this uses a general 4.0-scale grading system, which is common across many Pakistani universities and colleges — but not universal. If your specific institution follows a different scale, it’s worth cross-checking your official transcript or grading policy before treating this number as final. And as with any calculator, double-check the marks you typed in if a result looks off — that’s the most common source of an unexpected answer.
